On behalf of the men and women of the Havelock Police Department I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the department website.

The department serves a diverse community, both civilian and military, of approximately 22,000. The staff and officers of our department are committed to making a positive difference in the community by providing both effective and efficient police service. To accomplish these tasks we will re-emphasize our community policing philosophy, along with a transition to value based policing. These important criteria will serve as the catalysts for our efforts. We recognize the importance of establishing and maintaining partnerships between our officers and those we serve, hence, through shared thinking we can successfully impact our community and make Havelock a safer city.

It is my desire that this website will keep you better informed regarding upcoming police/community events, crime trends, and the services that our agency provides. The Havelock Police Department remains steadfast in it's dedication and commitment to our citizens. Together, we will search for ways and opportunities to enhance our quality of life.
