Beginning July 1, 2009, the City of Havelock will begin a new solid waste collection system that replaces the current Craven County sticker system. All residents affected will receive in the mail information(click here to view) about the new system that should answer all of your questions. Your new cart will be delivered between June 24 and June 30.  If a new trash cart is not delivered to you by July 1st and you feel you should have one, please call 444-6404.  Use this page to access any of that information.
